If you have subscribed to our app and are being asked to pay again, please make sure that you're logged in to the correct Android account, as Android allows multiple accounts in the Play Store.
To change your account in the Google Play Store:
- Open the Google Play Store on your device.
- Tap your Profile Picture in the upper right corner next to the search bar.
- Tap the down arrow next to your email address.
- Select the account your subscription is attached to.
- Re-Open Canticos and attempt to log in again. *Note: You may need to tap the logout button inside of the Canticos App in order to enter the correct credentials. *
To add an account to your device:
- Open your devices Settings app.
- Tap Accounts > Add Account > Google
- Follow the on-screen instructions to add your account.
If your subscription does not restore, check your credit card statement: charges may not have gone through if the process wasn't finalized.
