We are so excited to introduce you to the Encantos app! We are proud to offer free access to Encantos with your Canticos subscription, as a special thank you. We are working to make our Encantos app perfect and we appreciate all of your feedback that helps us improve.

We know the onboarding process hasn’t been flawless and we have identified and fixed the majority of subscription issues..

If you are still having an issue, please check the following:

If this is the first time you have tried logging in, you may need to change your password in the Encantos application.  Please request a password reset and we will send a code to the email address you used to set up your Canticos subscription. If you don’t see an email verification email in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

If you try to use an email other than the one you used to create your Canticos account, you’ll be asked to create a new account to enter the Encantos app, so please be sure to use the email associated with your Canticos subscription.   

If you are an Android user, we will be releasing the Android version of the Encantos app soon. We'll send an email as soon as it's ready!

If you still cannot access your account, please fill out the CONTACT US form and provide the email address you used to register your Canticos account, and the details of the error message(s) you are receiving so we may assist further.
