We're sorry you're having trouble! Often when people have audio problems, it's because the device is muted.
Please check that the volume is up and that the mute button is not in the mute position. When you move the volume and mute buttons you should see a silent mode message, make sure its set to off.

If this doesn't work, here are other things to try:
- If you're using headphones, make sure they are firmly connected to your device if they're wired, or that your Bluetooth connection is working properly. Also check that your media audio is on, and your device is not muted. Try opening another app like youtube and checking if you get audio from a different app.
- Check your iPhone Speaker -
- Go to Settings > Sounds & Haptics (or Sounds)
- Drag the Ringer and Alerts slider back and forth a few times
- Restart your phone or tablet.
- Verify that you are not in Do Not Disturb Mode
